Ribliss Shipping Information

At Ribliss, we are proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on orders over $50 USD.

The shipping rate for orders of less than 50$ is $3.90 USD (approximately $5.43 CAD, £2.93GBP, $6.07 AUD, $6.62 NZD and €3.46 EUR). Varies according to currency exchange rate.


📦 Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order after it is placed. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it is officially in transit to your chosen address.

During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to high order volumes.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been shipped.

🇺🇸 United States: 7-12 Business Days.

🇨🇦 Canada: 7-12  Business Days.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-12  Business Days.

🇦🇺 Australia: 8-15  Business Days.

🇳🇿 New Zealand: 6-10  Business Days.

🌎 Rest of the world: 7-14  Business Days.

Please note that unexpected customs delays may affect international shipments, and carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons.


📍 Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellations.

If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email contact@ribliss.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.


⏳ Delayed Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes unforeseen delays may occur. These can include:
Courier or transit delays (severe weather, transportation disruptions)
Customs processing for international orders
Payment verification issues or product availability delays

If we anticipate a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, Ribliss is not responsible for delays beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@ribliss.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We highly recommend contacting the courier company directly to start a claim process for lost or stolen packages.
Ribliss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as they fall outside of our refund policy.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

If your package is confirmed lost, filing a police report may be required. We will assist in any way possible to help resolve the issue.
